Soundtrack 2009

This video was produced by Michelle, Jess, Tricia, Sinead and Ceri on a film and sound workshop in Cardiff Bay as part of the Soundtrack Film Festival in November 2009. They shot images around the bay, created their own soundtracks, and then edited the images to match the soundtracks.

Tom Barrance also ran a cinema-based workshop as part of the festival, using a wide variety of film clips to explain the role of sound in film. The workshop in Cineworld Cardiff was relayed by satellite to the Scala in Prestatyn and Aberystwyth Arts Centre, with responses from the remote locations being fed back through Skype chat.
